How to register for a 2011 tournament.
This should be helpful to all members and show you how to register for our tournaments online. Please note that there have been a few changes since 2010. ex. You can now register for two or three events at the same time. There are several different ways to get into the Tournament Sign- Up area, however, I am only going to review just one way here. Please scroll down through the entire sequence, using the down arrow key on your keyboard, or pull the scroll bar down on the right side with your mouse.
Tournament Sign-Up
Click on the box that reads "Tournament Sign Up"
User Name and ID
Enter your User ID and Password. If you need help or forgot your User ID and Password, let me know, I will send it out to you again.
Waiver
To continue, agree to the waiver and then click next.
Update Email Address:
If the system asks you to update your email, please do so.
Personal Information
Please verify that all of your personal information is correct, then click next.
Tournament Selections
Click on the check box(es) for the events that you wish to sign-up for. If you wish to sign-up for both, then click on both, then click on next at the bottom of this box
Select Payment and Partners
A screen like this will show up for each event that you elected to sign up for. In order to advance, you need to confirm that you have chosen to pay for the same number of people that you are putting in your pairing. Please note that you will not advance past this step unless you select yes in the middle box. To select your partners, click on the select button... you will have access to all members.... When done, click next.
Selecting a Tee-Time
If you are registering as a single, please do not select a tee time, but "Click on Next", when done registering email me your desired tee time and I will fill you in with others. If you are registering a threesome or foursome, select your tee- time. If you are registering a twosome, please note that I reserve the right to move you to the nearest available tee time with another twosome, or you can just email me asking to be paired up with an already registered twosome. If you are a threesome, I will try to fill your pairing with a single providing one is available. Lastly and very important, I am the only one who can add people to a pairing. If someone registers as a single or a twosome the system will not permit you of add yourself or others to that pairing. All additions to a pairing has to go through me.
If you opted to registger for more than one event, it will bring you back to this screen.
Add your playing partners for the second event at this time... then select your desired tee times...

We are always offering you additional opportunities to donate. If not interested in giving, just click Next.
Add / Check Credit card info...
Enter/Confirm your credit card information. When entering the expiration date, please be sure to enter two digits for the month, (i.e. 03) and four digits for the year (i.e. 2012). It is best to click the check box to save your card information for future use. It is safe and secure. When all data has been entered or confirmed, click on Next to advance.
